Consultation

During initial consultation, our board certified radiation oncologists will discuss your case with you, and determine your best, personalized treatment plan

Treatment Planning Simulation

Custom fitting with a mask, or vac-lok body mold to optimally immobilize and stabilize the patient for daily, reproducible treatment.  A CT scan is done in our department, in the treatment planning position; every patient's plan is individualized and planned to their anatomy so as to maximize dose to the tumor, and minimize dose to the surrounding organs.

Treatment Delivery

Treatment is typically daily M-F over a series of weeks.  The length of time is determined by the tumor type and treatment type.  Treatment is accomplished daily within 20 minutes.  Treatment hours are 7am- 4pm. You will have a weekly visit with your radiation oncologist to discuss treatment progress and/or any present side effects from treatment.
