Carson Tahoe Radiation Oncology Associates has been serving the radiation oncology needs of the Northern Nevada area for over 35 years.  We bring state of the art cancer care with a full range of radiation treatment services,  along with a caring and knowledgeable staff, to treat our patients. 

 

Our technologies include conventional 3D radiation therapy, IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy), IGRT (Image guided Radiation Therapy), SBRT (Stereotactic body Radiation Therapy), SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery) DIBH (Deep Inspiration Breath Hold) treatment of left sided breast cancer.  Our dedicated treatment planning CT includes the capability for respiratory motion simulation with breath hold for left sided tumors and 4D scanning for lung and upper GI tumors. 

 

Our radiation oncologists are board certified and trained to recommend and implement the treatment plan that most benefits the patients.  We work closely with your referring physicians to design and implement a personalized treatment approach to ensure the best treatment outcome.
